Our Online Notarization Process
Book your notarization appointment and upload your document
An email will be sent from the online notarization platform BlueNotary with online meeting link and follow up email with instructions
I will review the document for errors and completion, pre-tagging for signatures, dating and stamping
On the day of the appointment it is advised for you to log on early where you will be asked to authenticate your identity via a series of knowledge based answer questions as well as scan your form of identification (driver’s license, passport).
The session begins. Think of it as Zoom meets Docusign. All concerned parties will sign and then I will stamp and the notarization is complete.
